Sailing Pictures

Here are a few sailing pictures for you to enjoy.

Julie's 60th Birthday celebrated with our sailing fleet wives, Radeen and Nina

Celebrating on Island Spirit (Island Packet 35)

Sailing from Cambridge Cay to Current Pass
This 50 some naut. mile sail was a bit rough with 25 knot winds on the beam.  The all day sail was a welcome treat since many of our long voyages were motorsailing due to the need to be at a specific place by a specific time.  Our average speed was about 6 knots.

A port beam-reach with South-East winds.
These pictures were donated by our good friend, Hayden, who is mentoring us on how to sail the Bahamas.  Thanks, Hayden!   :)

Welcome

Julie and I are excited to share with you our sailing adventures, life experiences and tidbits of learning and wisdom (hopefully) that we gain along the journey.  It is our hope that your life will be enriched and that you will get a taste what the cruising life is like.  As followers of Jesus Christ, we also will share about adventures of faith and challenge along the way that make life so rewarding.
